Solemn Assembly - Day 3 & 4

Alright, I'm reading the book of Job today! How I long to be like Job! He honored God to the very end. What an awesome man. God allowed Satan to test Job's faith under numerous circumstances but He continued to honor God.

I've gone through many trials this year (none of them as exhausting as Job's), and it is not always easy to keep praising His name. In fact, sometimes it is very difficult. But through all and all I must remember that the Lord stands beside me no matter the pain, sorrow or despair. He is a constant and consistent God! Through all things, I will keep my eyes on Him!  How will you respond during trials and suffering?
